Cookies
This website does not set cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising tracking, and no third-party script. Fonts are served from this website rather than from an external provider, so visiting these pages does not send a request to anyone else.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form sends what you type to DMG by email. It is processed on the server that hosts this website and delivered to info@dmg-international.ae over an authenticated connection.
This website does not keep a separate database of enquiry content. Your enquiry lives in the mailbox it was sent to, in the same way an email you sent directly would.
Technical and security data
Limited technical data is processed temporarily to protect the form and the site from abuse. This is separate from the content of your enquiry and covers:
- Ordinary web-server logs, kept by the hosting provider in the normal course of running a server.
- Form-protection values. To stop the form being submitted repeatedly by automated means, the site records a one-way keyed hash of the network address a submission came from. The address itself is not stored. These values are deleted automatically after 24 hours and are used for no other purpose.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build a profile of you. We do not share enquiry content with anyone outside DMG except where we need a service provider’s help to answer you — and where that happens, we tell you.
Where your information is processed
This website and its email are hosted by Tasjeel on servers located in France. Tasjeel confirmed this to us in writing on 17 August 2026. That means information reaching this website — including ordinary web-server logs, and enquiries once the form is open — is processed outside the United Arab Emirates.
We tell you this because you are entitled to know where your information goes, and because a policy that is vague about it is not much of a policy. If you would prefer not to have your information handled outside the UAE, contact us by telephone or WhatsApp instead of using this website.
Keeping information
Enquiry emails are kept while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted in the ordinary course. We do not set an arbitrary period, because the right length depends on what the enquiry was and whether it became business.
The form-protection values described above are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Ordinary web-server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own arrangements.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law you have rights over the personal data DMG holds about you. For this website that means, in practice, the enquiry you sent and the correspondence it became.
- A copy of what we hold
- You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
- Correction
- If something we hold about you is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to put it right.
- Deletion
- You can ask us to delete your enquiry and what followed from it. The limits below are real and we would rather state them than surprise you with them.
- Restricting or stopping processing
- You can ask us to stop using your information, or to limit what we do with it while a question about it is being resolved.
- Objecting
- You can object to our processing your information.
- Transferring what you sent
- You can ask us to give you what you sent in a portable form, or to pass it to someone else where that is technically workable.
- Complaining
- You can complain to the competent UAE data protection authority. We would rather you raised it with us first, but that is your right and it is not conditional on contacting us.
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not build a profile of you, so the rights that concern automated decision-making do not arise here.
How to make a request
Email info@dmg-international.ae with “Data request” in the subject line, and tell us what you are asking for.
So that we never hand one person’s information to another, we need to be reasonably satisfied that you are who you say you are. The simplest way is to write from the same email address you used to contact us. If you cannot, tell us enough about the enquiry — roughly when you sent it and what it concerned — for us to find it.
There is no charge. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 days of being able to identify you, or sooner where the law requires it. If a request is complex enough to need longer, we will tell you that, and why, before those 30 days are up.
Where we cannot do everything you ask
We cannot always delete everything. Where a record has to be kept — because a matter is still running, because a law or a regulator requires it, or because it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim — we will keep that record, tell you we have kept it, and explain why.
Some information genuinely cannot be traced back to you. The form-protection values described above are one-way keyed hashes of a network address, held for 24 hours. We cannot reverse them to identify a person, which means we can neither retrieve them for an access request nor single yours out for deletion. They expire on their own.
Ordinary web-server logs are held by our hosting provider under its arrangements rather than ours.
