DMG works across general trading, online retail, corporate services and travel reservations. They are four parts of one company rather than four separate businesses, and they share the same way of working.

What we do.
DMG Tech International L.L.C-FZ is a Meydan Free Zone company operating from Dubai, established in 2023. We are licensed for four business activities, and each is a real part of what we do rather than a line on a licence.
General Trading
Sourcing and procurement for businesses. We handle the commercial relationship and the sourcing ourselves; freight, documentation and storage are arranged with licensed operators.
Online Retail
We sell our own and authorised products through established online marketplaces, and we support businesses selling theirs.
Corporate Services
Company formation, licensing, documentation, renewals and the administration around keeping a UAE company current.
Travel Reservations
Transport, accommodation and car-hire reservations. The airlines, hotels and rental companies provide the service itself.

How we work.
Most enquiries begin the same way. Someone tells us what they need, and we work out whether we can support it directly, whether it is better handled with an operator we coordinate, or whether another route makes more sense.
We say which of those it is. What we handle ourselves and what we arrange through others is set out on each business-area page, and we would rather be clear about the difference than imply we do everything.
We set expectations against your specific requirement rather than against a published promise, because availability, cost and timing depend on the work and on the parties involved.

Where we work.
We are based in Dubai and work from there. Depending on what a requirement involves, we can support work reaching into the GCC, Europe and other international markets, subject to the rules that apply to it.
We do not have offices, entities or staff outside the UAE. Everything runs from Dubai. Where a requirement needs a presence or a permission somewhere else, we say so and work with parties who have it.
04 Distribution
DMG TECH INTERNATIONAL is the exclusive authorized distributor for Holz Shop in the UAE.
This distribution sits within our General Trading area.
