DMG is a licensed Corporate Services Provider in Meydan Free Zone. We handle company formation, licensing, documentation, bank account applications, tax registration and renewals — and we are straight with you about which decisions are ours and which belong to a bank or an authority.

Company formation
Choosing the jurisdiction, structure and activity that fit what you are actually doing, then preparing and lodging the application. Free zone, mainland LLC, professional licence, sole establishment, branch office, holding company, e-commerce licence and freelancer permit.
Licensing and registration
Preparing submissions, tracking them through the authority, and coming back to you when something is needed.
Bank account applications
Preparing and coordinating the corporate bank account application, and assisting through submission and onboarding. You remain the applicant — the bank’s KYC checks and signatures are yours to complete, and the bank makes the decision. Our job is to give it a complete file and tell you where it stands.
Tax registration support
Assisting with corporate tax and VAT registration — gathering and preparing what is required, and keeping track of what falls due when. Preparing tax returns, giving tax opinions and representing you before the Federal Tax Authority are not ours: that work goes to an accredited tax agent, and we coordinate with them.
Corporate documents and approvals
Attestation, permits, approvals and amendments connected with forming and maintaining your company. General document clearing is arranged with a provider licensed for that work.
Visa support
Visa processing support and coordination for companies and their employees, as part of establishing a company and keeping it running. This is corporate visa work attached to an engagement with us — it is not a standalone immigration service, and the approval is the authority’s to give, not ours.
Renewals
Tracking what expires and when, and handling the renewal before it becomes urgent.
Authority liaison
The government-facing work that is part of a corporate engagement — licence filings, amendments, renewals and the related corporate and visa administration that keeps a company current. Broader government-transaction processing is arranged with a provider licensed for it.

Which one suits you depends on your activity, your visa requirements, your budget and where your customers are. We will tell you what each involves for your case rather than pointing you at whichever is easiest for us.
03 What we promise
What we can and cannot promise.
We can tell you what a process involves, prepare a complete and accurate file, submit it, and keep you informed while it is being decided.
We cannot promise that a licence will be granted, that a bank will open an account, or how long an authority will take. Those decisions belong to the authorities and institutions concerned, and they make them on their own criteria. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something they do not control.
Where a matter needs legal advice, an audit opinion or a tax position, it goes to a party authorised to give it. We coordinate with them and stay your point of contact.

Individuals — passport copy, residence visa copy if you hold one, Emirates ID if applicable.
Companies — trade licence, memorandum of association, shareholder passport copies, power of attorney where one is needed.
This is the usual starting set. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and activity, and we will confirm the exact list for your case before you gather anything.
