DMG sources commercial products and materials for businesses. We manage the commercial relationship and carry out the sourcing ourselves. Shipping, logistics and warehousing are arranged with providers suited to the requirement, and we tell you which is which.

What we source.
We assess sourcing requirements across commercial products and materials rather than working from a fixed catalogue. What we can support depends on the product, the destination and the conditions that apply to it, so the honest answer to “do you supply X” is usually “tell us the requirement and we will say”.
Past transactions have included machinery and tyres among other commercial goods. These are examples of trading we have completed, not a product list or a category we specialise in. Tyres in particular are a controlled category, and what applies to one shipment does not carry over to the next.
Our role is not the same in every transaction. In some DMG is the principal seller; in others we coordinate between the parties. Responsibility for conformity, certification, safety and warranty is defined for the specific product, the parties and the destination, not assumed from the fact that we arranged it.
02 Handled directly
What DMG handles directly.
The commercial relationship is ours. Understanding the requirement, judging whether it is something we can support, identifying and approaching sources, putting quotations onto terms that can actually be compared, negotiating, and staying with it through completion.
That is the part we do not delegate. Everything physical, from freight and documents to storage and handling, is arranged with operators who hold the relevant licences, and is set out below.
We do not own warehouses, transport fleets or customs operations, and we do not present other companies’ capabilities as our own.
03 Getting goods there
Getting goods where they are going.
Sourcing a product is only half of it. The freight, the paperwork and the storage decide whether it arrives in a usable state, and we coordinate that part alongside the commercial side rather than handing you off once the order is placed.
All of it is arranged with operators who hold the relevant capability and licences. DMG does not own vessels, aircraft, trucks or warehouses, and does not act as a customs broker.
Freight and transport
Air freight, sea freight and consolidated cargo, arranged according to what the shipment needs. Where a delivery has to reach a final address, that leg is coordinated too.
Documentation
Import and export paperwork, shipping documents and the certificates a shipment depends on. Customs formalities are handled by licensed clearing agents; we coordinate with them and keep the documentation aligned so the shipment is not held up by a mismatch.
Warehousing and fulfilment in the UAE
Storage arranged through warehousing operators, with the handling most traders and online sellers actually need:
- Ambient and temperature-controlled storage, including cold storage
- Pallet racking and cross-docking
- Pick, pack and dispatch
- SKU labelling, scanning and kitting
- Inventory control and stock reporting
- Returns handling
- Short-term and long-term storage
Industrial equipment and spare parts
Where a requirement involves industrial machinery, equipment or spare parts, including specification and after-sales support, that is arranged with operators who supply and support that equipment.
We are the single point of contact for all of it. The work is performed by the operators concerned, under their own licences, and we say so, but you deal with us, and we stay responsible for coordinating it end to end. Where something falls outside what those arrangements cover, we tell you rather than absorb it quietly.
